A Note on Our Pricing
We don’t believe in quoting low and then adding charges once we’re at your door. The prices above are what you pay – period. If your oven’s in particularly bad shape, we still charge the same. If it takes us an extra 20 minutes, that’s our problem, not yours. We’d rather you book us once and come back every year than feel shortchanged and never call again.
Pricing Questions – No Surprises
No. The price is the price. We don’t add a call-out fee, a travel fee, or a “first visit” surcharge. Some of our competitors do – we think it’s misleading and we won’t do it.
No. Saturday bookings cost the same as Tuesday bookings. We work Monday to Saturday and the price is flat across all days.
No. Whether your oven was last cleaned three months ago or three years ago, the price stays the same. We’ve never charged extra for a particularly dirty oven. That’s literally what we’re here for.
Cash or bank transfer on the day. We collect payment once you’ve seen the results and you’re happy. If you need an invoice for a landlord or letting agent, we can sort that out too.
