We can, and we often do. We’re well used to working in compact kitchens. Many of the older properties around Marple and Marple Bridge have smaller galley-style or cottage kitchens, and we manage perfectly well in those spaces. Our dip tank stays outside in the van, so we only need enough room to access the oven itself. As long as we can open the oven door fully and lay parts on a protective sheet, we’re good to go.
